Shipping
- All items are made to order, it takes approximately fourteen (14) days to create and then ship to you.
- We require an ADULT signature for delivery of all orders.
- All orders will be shipped via FedEx (Standard Overnight) for next business day.
- FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. after the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Carlala Collection. we will contact you to determine next steps.
- We will only ship to a physical home address or physical business address, with no exceptions.
- Shipping address can not be changed after an order is placed for security purposes.
- Once an order is placed, we are unable to redirect the package to an alternate address for any reason.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, Incorrect address, or updated address information.
