- All items are made to order, it takes approximately fourteen (14) days to create and then ship to you.
- We require an ADULT signature for delivery of all orders.
- All orders will be shipped via FedEx (Standard Overnight) for next business day.
- FedEx will generally make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. after the third attempt, it will be delivered back to Carlala Collection. we will contact you to determine next steps.
- We will only ship to a physical home address or physical business address, with no exceptions.
